Police investigate serious stabbing involving a teenager in Harford County

BEL AIR, Md. — Harford County detectives are investigating a fatal stabbing of a teenager in Bel Air early Thursday morning.

Detectives say at around 5 a.m., 17-year-old Christopher Jacob Kerfoot was found in his residence in the 1200 block of Athens Court with multiple stab wounds.

Despite life-saving efforts, he succumbed to his injuries.

Detectives believe Kerfoot was stabbed in the area of Amyclae Drive between Agora Drive and North Fountain Green Road, he was located by deputies before returning home.
