SPARROWS POINT, Md. — Baltimore County Police have identified a man whose body was found December 8 in the 1600 block of Sparrows Point Boulevard.
It's still unclear how 51-year-old Steven Brown died.
At the time he was discovered, police said there were no apparent signs of trauma.
