Ocean City Police looking for victim, suspects in Fourth of July assault on boardwalk

OCEAN CITY — Ocean City Police are asking for the public’s help in finding the victim and suspects in an assault that happened on the Fourth of July.

According to police, the assault, which was captured in a viral video on social media, happened at about 11:00 p.m. in the area of 4th Street and the Boardwalk.

At this time, the assault has not been reported to the police.

Anyone who witnessed the assault or who can provide any information as to the identities of the victim or suspects, is asked to contact the Ocean City Police at crimetips@oceancitymd.gov or 410-723-6604.
