BALTIMORE — A man was found dead in a car in East Baltimore this morning.
Police say on Wednesday morning, at approximately 3:00 A.M., they headed to the 1100 block of E. 20th Street to assist Baltimore City Medics.
Medics say an unknown deceased man had been discovered inside a vehicle and was suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
