HARFORD COUNTY, Md. — During the storm Saturday night, the Harford County Swiftwater Team was on the scene of a flooding incident with people trapped in their vehicles.
Three vehicles were stuck in the water at Joppa Farm Rd. and Barksdale Rd.
Everyone trapped inside freed themselves with no injuries according to the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company.
