HARFORD COUNTY, Md. — The Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company has announced the passing of Past Chief Phil Goodwin.
Chief Goodwin joined in 1979 and rose through the ranks up to the office of Chief, which he served from 1989 through 1992.
His son Jason is also a member and was named Fireman of the Year in 2002.
