BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. — Baltimore County Police have released images of a person who may have information in the shooting death of Artis Holt in February 2019.

The individual was in the area of Liberty Road and Milford Mill Drive at the time of the shooting. Police believe this witness may have information that could help police further the investigation into this homicide.
