HARFORD COUNTY — All lanes on NB I-95 in Harford County were shut down Wednesday after a crash.
Two right lanes have reopened on NB I-95 past exit 77, while the left lane remains blocked.
MDTA tweeted out a picture of the backup, but didn't say how many cars were involved of if anyone was injured.
