Nothing can be harder than getting toddlers to eat their fruits and vegetables. Luckily, new research says it doesn't matter anyway.

Forcing kids to eat foods they don't like has no benefit, according to a recent study published in the journal Appetite.

Researchers at the University of Michigan found that making kids eat certain foods they don't like had no affect on a child's weight. It also had no impact on whether a child developed picky eating habits later in life.
