WMAR — The University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center is offering bi-weekly free narcan training so people can save the lives of people suffering from opioid overdoses.
Those who attend a training will learn how to administer the drug.
They'll also receive a kit with two doses of narcan nasal spray.
