Two arrested and charged for Aberdeen Economy Inn stabbing; victim is currently stable

ABERDEEN, Md. — Two suspects have been arrested and charged for stabbing a 53-year-old at the Economy Inn in Aberdeen on Thursday.

At around 5:20 p.m., officers responded to a stabbing at 692 S. Philadelphia Boulevard. Upon their arrival, they found the victim with facial injuries and stab wounds to his lower back. He was treated by emergency medical personnel and transported to a regional trauma center in Baltimore.

Officials say that he is currently in stable condition.

On Friday, the two suspects were identified and arrested. Clayton A. Marsh, 28, and Maurice S. Talley, Jr., 29, were both charged with First and Second Degree Assault.

Both men, who are from Baltimore, are currently being held without bond at the Harford County Detention Center.
