Deputies are investigating a potential child abduction after a man in a parked car tried to talk to a 3-year-old.
According to deputies, they got a call about a suspicious car in the area of Rogers Road and Route 40 in Cecil County.
The car was a black four door sedan, that is possibly a 2007-2009 Lincoln MKZ.
Deputies say a man pulled the car to the side of Rogers Road and potentially tried to make contact with a 3-year-old.
The man is described as being 40-60 years old, bald on top, with gray hair on his sides and back.
