The suspect, 40-year-old Dwayne Kenneth Taylor, of the 4100 block of Garrison Boulevard, has been charged with First Degree Murder and is currently being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

Detectives determined that the victim and the suspect, who have no relation to one another, had been involved in a physical altercation on a separate occasion and the shooting was the result of that altercation.
