Police have issued an arrest warrant for a man believed to be targeting businesses in Baltimore County.
Police identified Jesse Lee Fisher, 28, as the suspect in a string of commercial robberies in Cockeysville, Parkville and Essex.
Fisher was last seen in a blue 2005 Chevrolet Equinox with MD registration 8BZ3951. He may be in the company of of woman named Ashley Marie Wetherbee.
