Police have made an arrest in a rape that happened earlier this month near the Horseshoe Casino and M&T Bank Stadium.
Early on the morning of February 9th police say a woman was walking to work in the 1400 block of Warner Street.

A man threatened her with what may have been a weapon, and then raped her in an alley.
This week police released this video from a business near the scene; it appears someone recognized the man in the video.
“A Metro Crimestoppers tip was called in identifying the individual in the video as the suspect in this case,” said Cpt. Steve Hohman of the Baltimore City Police Department.
Thursday afternoon police made the announcement, that Travis Casson was the man they were looking for. Then Thursday night, they announced that Casson had been taken into custody.
