Police arrest 4 juveniles in Homeland carjacking

Police arrested four juveniles in connection  to a carjacking in Homeland Tuesday.

An anonymous person called police to report suspicious vehicle at the intersection of Belair Road and Bayonne Avenue in northeast Baltimore Wednesday afternoon. Police determined the car was a stolen Volkswagen Passat taken during a carjacking in Homeland Tuesday.

Police followed the car to the 5900 block of Benton Heights where the occupants bailed out and ran. Police were able to locate all four juvenile suspects and took them into custody.

Korran Morris, 16 and George Bryant, also 16, were charged as adults with armed carjacking. The two other occupants, ages 14 and 15 are being charged as juveniles with stolen auto.

Detectives are continuing to investigate to determine if the suspects are linked to similar crimes.
