BALTIMORE (WMAR) — Baltimore Police are looking for a suspect who they say shot and killed a Cincinnati, Ohio man inside a Fells Point bar on Friday.
An arrest warrant has been issued for 48-year-old Phillip Stanley West, of the 3200 block of Westmont Avenue.
West is accused of killing 32-year-old Rodney Steven Beamon, Jr. on December 21 at Blarney Stone Pub in the 700 block of South Broadway.
Police say West and Beamon knew each other and believe the two had an argument that led up to the murder.

Officials say he was last seen driving a four-door silver Lexus with a sunroof and a Maryland tag of 1CD8188.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of West is asked to call 911.
