A 25-year-old male walked into Shock Trauma after being shot in the neck in west Baltimore Sunday night, according to Baltimore City Police.
The victim is in serious condition and was rushed to surgery.
Officers responded to calls of gunshots in the area of Lexington Street and Fremont Avenue shorty before the victim walked into the hospital.
