BALTIMORE — A man was shot and killed in Baltimore’s Charles North neighborhood Monday morning, Baltimore Police said.
Officers responded to the unit block of West 20th Street after an alert from Shot Spotter at 10:20 a.m. At the location, police found 59-year-old Ronald Armstrong suffering from gunshot wounds to the body. He was taken to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.
