A 14-year-old boy is in serious condition after he was shot in northeast Baltimore Friday night.
Police said around 11:50 p.m. officers responded to the 2600 block of Cecil Avenue in the Coldstream Montebello neighborhood for a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found a 14-year-old boy who had been shot several times. He was taken to an area hospital where he is listed in serious condition.
Police said the boy’s grandmother heard 5 or 6 gunshots and then found her grandson had been shot.
Police are investigating.
