Baltimore Police arrested and charged an 18-year-old with a handgun.
Officials say they were conducting an investigation in the 900 block of Chase St. when their investigations led them to 18-year-old Kiyon Blackwell.
Police recovered a loaded handgun from Blackwell and arrested him.
Blackwell has been charged with various handgun violations.
