A man police refer to as Baltimore's top trigger puller has been arrested and charged with murder.

Montana Malik Barronette, 21, also faces charges of first- and second-degree assault, firearm use in commission of a violent felony, reckless endangerment and handgun charges.

"Remember his name, you will hear it again," Baltimore Police Commissioner Kevin Davis said in a Monday morning news conference.

Davis said Barronette has terrorized the Sandtown area of Baltimore since 2014.

The BGF gang member may be implicated in 10 to 12 other homicides, police said.
