A new report says the surveillance plane used by the Baltimore Police Department helped advance investigations in several cases.
The D.C.-based group Police Foundation found that the surveillance footage helped further the investigations of seven shootings and three murders.
The group's findings went on to say the department's program has potential to be successful, but needs to be studied more.
