BALTIMORE — A 30-year-old man was shot in the Windsor Hills neighborhood midday Thursday, Baltimore Police said.
Officers responded to the 4100 block of Woodhaven Avenue for a reported shooting at 11:40 a.m., police said. There they found the man suffering from a gunshot wound to his shoulder and leg. He was taken to an area hospital where “he was very uncooperative with investigators,” police said.
