A 21-year-old man was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
On Tuesday, at 10:51 p.m. police were dispatched to a local hospital to investigate a shooting. According to the victim, while walking on the 900 block of East 41st he heard gunshots and realized he was shot.
The victim was able to get a ride from a person in the area to a local hospital. The 21-year-old man has not been identified at this time.
