A suspect in multiple robberies in Anne Arundel County, Baltimore City, and Howard County was arrested on Tuesday.

Anne Arundel County Police say that a William Craig Bane went into a Subway restaurant in the 5600 block of Ritchie Highway in Brooklyn Park on October 8.

After walking in, Bane implied he had a weapon by putting his hand in his jacket and demanded money.

Police said the employees complied, gave the Bane money, and he ran away. Officers canvassed the area after the robbery but were unable to find him.

After an investigation, detectives found that Bane was also a suspect in robberies in Baltimore and Howard County.

Bane was arrested in his home on Tuesday and has been charged for the robbery at the Subway.

Anne Arundel County Police say other jurisdictions will be charging Bane in reference to their robberies.
