Anne Arundel County police charged a man Monday following a dispute with his neighbor.
Christian Allen Kinzer and another man got into an argument in the 3800 block of Queen Anne Bridge Road in Davidsonville.
At some point, Kinzer lifted his shirt, pulled a gun from his waist band and pointed it at his neighbor, police said.
No shots were fired and he left the area. The other man contacted police and Kinzer was arrested.
Police said Kinzer is prohibited from possessing firearms and was charged accordingly.
