Dollar General strong arm robbery suspect is wanted by police

GLEN BURNIE, Md. (WMAR) - Anne Arundel County police are searching for the suspect that’s responsible for the strong arm robbery incident that happened at the Dollar General on 312 Hospital Drive in Glen Burnie.

On Thursday, at about 8:50 p.m., officers arrived to the Southgate Plaza Shopping Center. The adult female victim said that while she was walking in the parking lot, the suspect snatched her wallet out of her hand and shoved her to the ground. He then fled the area on foot and, although several officers, including a police canine, arrived to search the area, they were unable to find him.

The victim was not injured and the suspect is believed to be a black man that’s about 6’2” tall and who was wearing all white.
