A Lothian man was charged with assault and disorderly conduct after allegedly biting off the tip of a woman's finger, Annapolis Police said.
Police said the woman was trying to break up a fight in the 100 block of Main Street around 2:17 a.m. Sunday when Justin Brown, 26, allegedly bit off the tip of the ring finger on her left hand.
He was released after posting $35,000 bond.
