BALTIMORE — On Giving Tuesday, M&T Bank wanted to say thanks by delivering 150 hot meals to employees at Grace Medical Center in West Baltimore.
The meals included turkey, vegetarian, salads, desserts and rolls.
“As much as folks need things in the community, we really are looking to our healthcare heroes to take care of us. Giving them a warm meal is the least we can do to help them for all they're doing for the rest of us.”
Volunteers delivered the meals purchased from the Classic Catering People.
The healthcare heroes were recognized for putting in long hours, to care for others during the coronavirus pandemic.
