TOWSON, Md. — Outside of the Panera Bread in Towson, a man named Tim eagerly unfolded a small table and two chairs.
He had been trying to set up a date for a long time and he wasn’t letting the coronavirus ruin it.
The dining area was closed so he brought his own candle and table cloth.
As WMAR2 News’ Eddie Kadhim started rolling, the date canceled.
Watch the video included to see how Tim handled the situation.
In between the serious #coronavirus coverage we are doing today I had a minute to get some food.
Saw a man taking chairs and a table out of his car.
The dining area is closed @panerabread .
I yelled out my window "Having a date?" pic.twitter.com/FZlyy2OqqG
