The Hero Rescue is a new foster-based rescue in Harford County helping high risk dogs find homes.
Dog like Stella need your help! Stella is a fiver year old mixed breed who will need hip dysplasia surgery before she goes home. The surgery cost will be covered by the rescue. Stella is calm, good with other dogs and children, and loves belly rubs!
