Reflection of Kings is a new media program specifically for African American boys in the Baltimore community.
The program’s mission is to use the media platform to teach culturally relevant life skills, connect youth to positive male members of the community, and produce projects on social justice issues impacting black men and boys. A joint venture of Son of a Dream, LLC and Afrikan Youth Alchemy, the Saturday enrichment program uses media to offer a positive youth development experience for boys ages 10-13.
The entry-level media curriculum will be comprised of workshop instruction, project-based learning, experiential learning and technical training.
