Preston Mitchum Jr. spent 18 years as a news photographer and saw firsthand the needs of the community. The PMJ Foundation provides year round services to at-risk communities in Baltimore.
Now the foundation is focused on making this school year a success for all students in grades K-12.
Now through August 22, PMJ is collecting donated school supplies for at-risk youth. While you are out shopping this summer, please pick up a few extra items and leave them in PMJ Foundation drop-boxes. This is a great opportunity for the community to get involved in giving back.
