ROCKVILLE, Md. — Police are looking to identify an alleged Peeping Tom.
The man seen in the video below allegedly video recorded a woman changing in the dressing room of an H&M store in Rockville.
It happened on January 16 around 3:12pm at the store's Grand Park Avenue location.
Anyone with information can call 1-866-411-8477. Tips leading to an arrest and conviction could lead to a cash reward of up to $10,000.
