LINTHICUM, Md. — BWI Airport on Monday morning briefly suspended operations at three security checkpoints.
Without providing specifics, the airport says the temporary halt was due to a "law enforcement investigation."
The investigation was initiated sometime after 8am.
An all clear was given just before 8:45am.
An airport spokesperson couldn't say whether the shutdown caused any flight delays.
