BALTIMORE — Police are investigating a vehicle-fire on Thanksgiving Day as arson.
Around 9:41 p.m., officers responded to the 400 block of East Fayette Street for a report of a vehicle fire.
Police say it was a city-owned vehicle in flames.
Baltimore Fire responded and put the fire out.
This incident is being investigated as an arson.
