BALTIMORE — A body was pulled from the waters of Baltimore's Inner Harbor on Sunday.
Police say 27-year-old Mpoko Romain was discovered in the 400 block of E. Pratt Street.
He'd been reported missing on April 21, and was last seen around the Harbor.
How Romain ended up in the water remains unclear, but police said there are no obvious signs of foul play.
The family has set up a GoFundMe for Romain.
