BALTIMORE — Maryland saw an active stretch of weather Wednesday night, including tornado warnings, high wind gusts and rain.
As of 8:12 p.m., there are 181 outages and 12,015 without power according to BGE's outage map.
A tornado warning was issued in Carroll, Frederick and Baltimore County.
