An 11-year-old was hit by a car and is in serious condition.
The accident happened in the area of New Town and Lakeside boulevards in Owings Mills at 7:45 am on Wednesday.
The driver of the car which hit the child remained at the scene.
The Baltimore County crash team is leading the investigation.
