BALTIMORE COUNTY — Police set up a barricade in Lansdowne on Saturday morning.
The situation developed in the 3300 block of Kessler Court.
A spokesperson for the police department says police headed there after receiving a hang-up 911 call.
When police arrived, an individual was spotted with a knife.
Police retreated and called for a barricade.
The individual was inside a home while police monitored the situation.
As of 3 p.m., Police say they are now clearing the area.
