Crate and Barrel is recalling its Josephine Mirrors.
The mirror's glass can separate from the wooden backing and fall, which can cut people.
There have been 3 reports of the mirrors becoming loose or separating.
The mirrors were sold singularly or in sets of 3.
The mirrors were sold at Crate and Barrel stores nationwide from December 2016 through February 2018.
Anyone who has the mirrors should stop using them and contact Crate and Barrel for a free replacement mirror.
