An ice cream shop in Kansas City, Mo. is about to debut a unique, new ice cream flavor.
The flavor features a sweet cream base, swirls of caramel, flavored barbecue sauce and bit of burnt ends candied in brown sugar.
Burnt ends are made from smoked brisket.
The owner of Betty Rae's Ice Cream said he had been experimenting with barbecue ice creams since the shop opened.
A barbecue sauce and chocolate combination could be next on the menu.
