HALETHORPE, Md. — The driver of a tractor trailer that overturned on Interstate-95 is being treated at a local hospital.
Officials say this happened near the ramp to I-695 in Halethorpe.
A shock trauma go-team and hazmat crews responded to the scene.
This crash caused major backups during Tuesday's afternoon rush hour.
