WESTMINSTER, Md. — A 29-year-old man is behind bars after being arrested on charges of motor vehicle theft in Westminster.
According to police, officials received a report of a stolen vehicle from a parking lot of the Target on Malcolm Drive on June 5. Keys had been left in the vehicle and after further investigation, officials were able use surveillance video to identify Michael Aaron as the thief.
The victim's vehicle was recovered in the parking lot of the Cranberry Square Shopping Center.
On June 10, detectives with the Westminster Police Department located Dickinson at the Carroll County Detention Center where he was served with the arrest warrant. Dickinson is currently being held on $5,000 bond.
