While some Marylanders may love the winter weather, others have had enough.
"What we're seeing here is people thinking, 'it's just snow flurries, I'm just going to go out on the highway and I don't care I'm going to do the posted speed limit,'" State Highways Administration spokesman Charlie Gischlar said. "Not a good idea. It's winter. These are not ideal driving conditions."
Gischlar said posted speed limits are for dry conditions, and drivers should slow down to accommodate the weather.
