Another low pressure system is on the way to Maryland bringing a chance of rain with it. Currently, it doesn't appear this will be an all day rain, but unfortunately the best chance will be Thursday morning during the start of the Turkey Bowl. Rain will turn light and scattered by the end of the game and for the rest of Thanksgiving.
The rest of the holiday forecast is looking pretty seasonable for late November. Black Friday won't be brutally cold and windy for the shoppers in the long lines since we'll have calmer winds and clouds across the area - keeping temps above freezing but still cool. Isolated rain will still be possible Friday afternoon as well.
