Latest runs of the global models give Hermine an opportunity to retrograde or move backwards towards the coast Sunday into Monday AM. This will increase the damage to the beaches - due to the presence of its stronger wind field near the coast. This model solution is highly possible - since additional synoptic features required to push it out to sea are currently not present.
Tropical Storm Warnings will remain up while this storm is churning off our coast and a threat to the area in the coming days.
