Mild temperatures are closing out the month of February across the Baltimore region. In fact, the entire month has been quite a change compared to what we experienced last year in February.
February 2016 Stats
Average Monthly Temp: 36.4
Lowest Temp: 8 degrees on Feb. 14th
Total Monthly Snowfall: 2.6”
Compare that to last year’s numbers…
February 2015 Stats
Average Monthly Temp: 25.3
Lowest Temp: 1 degree on Feb. 20th
Total Monthly Snowfall: 14.6”
Also, last year the Inner Harbor was almost completely frozen over. This year, no ice in sight!
