After weeks of temperatures above average, the weather will be taking a cooler turn. While the temperature difference will be most notable across the Northern Plains and Midwest, where they could see highs 15-30 degrees below normal, the temperatures here in Baltimore will also be running below normal. Average high temperatures in Baltimore for the first week of April are usually in the low 60s. We could have several days with highs just in the 50s
